Massage Therapy is an excellent way to relax, reconnect with your body, and ease tension and stress. In contrast with Rolfing, massage is more focused on relaxation and therapeutic ease of tension, rather than active reorganization of the structure. I offer a variety of massage modalities in my practice, and often blend different styles into a session to meet the needs of each client.
Though my relaxation massage is primarily of the Swedish tradition, I draw on my experience with Lomi Lomi and Thai Massage to incorporate a range of techniques. For therapeutic massages, I include range of motion techniques, working with clients to diffuse areas of tension and pain.
My rates for massage are $100.00 for 60 minutes, $125.00 for 75 minutes, and $140.00 for 90 minutes. Discounted package prices are available, call for details. Outcalls are available for an additional fee.
